I look forward to sharing my 29 years of practicing healing arts with you! I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner since 1995 and Registered Yoga Instructor since 2007. I enjoyed spending 5 years as a Massage Therapy Instructor and am currently a Yoga Teacher Instructor where I have the pleasure of sharing my passion for anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with many students.
As an experienced prenatal Massage Therapist, I expanded my knowledge by becoming a Certified Doula in 2000.
I am also a Trauma Informed Somatic Therapist, I approach all of my sessions with empathy and sensitivity to help clients release physical and emotional experiences that can often manifest as physical pain and anxiety. I love exploring how movement, breath and manipulations of the body can be used to relieve physical and mental restrictions.
Please use the “contact us” form for 1:1 mentorship, speaking engagements, podcast and private retreat requests with Jess, thank you.

Stephanie has been practicing massage therapy for almost 20 years. Recently relocated from the NYC area she looks forward to practicing this healing art in beautiful New Hampshire. She has worked in the spa industry, rehabilitation and wellness centers as well as private practice. Massage therapy is not just her "job" - it is her calling. Her specialties include relaxation and therapeutic massage. Every session is individually tailored and customized based on where the guest is at this point in time physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Her approach is not only very intuitive but is also extremely grounded in technique and science. Massage is an art form as well as a science and she seamlessly blends the two in each session ensuring no two massages are ever the same. She is proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone and a little bit of this and that! She is very experienced working with a variety of teens, adults, and retirees from all walks of life, including business professionals, athletes, and weekend warriors - all with varying medical and physical conditions as well as those in pre-op/post-op and physical therapy. Every person she works with is treated with compassion, respect and their best healing interests in heart, mind and body. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, loves Cape Cod and her family (and her little dog too!), loves great theater, the opera and all music.
Relax your mind, body and soul.....the rest will follow.

A native of Long island, New York, Tabitha moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of music in 2010. She left after a few years due to repetitive motion injury , where massage played a huge role in her recovery. In 2012, when she began her studies at Cortiva Institute for massage therapy in Watertown Massachusetts, Tabitha discovered her passion for alternative health and wellness. Shortly after graduation she began to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Health Coach, a certified Thai Massage Practicioner, and a Registered Yoga/ Yoga Trapeze instructor. With her clinical understanding of anatomy combined with stretching, deep tissue massage and the manipulation of the spine and joints from Thai massage , she tailors each massage to your specific needs. Her gentle yet effective approach is well rounded in increasing flexibility, providing pain and tension relief , while offering you a safe space to relax, breathe and focus on yourself !

“This place is amazing! I moved to the area 1 year ago and desperately needed to find a new massage therapist's office. I went for a prenatal appointment toward the end of my pregnancy and it was wonderful and really helped me relax my joints! I started seeing Jessica for regular massages (post-natal/during COVID) and felt so taken care of, safe, sanitary, relaxed, and all of my needs/pains were heard and addressed.”
